INACTIVATE - It is a problem if you do not Inactivate unused Appeals and prefix with x those posting old payments to. Appeal should also be required.

DUPLICATE - It is a mistake to duplicate Appeals on the Assigned Appeal tab. A separate Appeal should be created for each activity.

UPDATES - It is an issue if you do not update Assigned Appeals with response and amounts given.

ACTIVITY - Every activity your organization takes to solicit funds and every donation received should have its own separate Appeal line on the Assigned Appeal tab.

FORMAT - Every Appeal should be in the format of ACTIVITY DATE + ACTIVITY NAME + ACTIVITY TYPE.

EXPENSES - Appeal expenses should be entered on the Appeal record with as much detail as possible.

ROI - Return on investment for each activity.

RAISED - The amount of money coming in as a result of each activity taken where dollars are solicited.

RESPONSE - Response received for each activity taken to solicit money.
