The website provides a cleaner navigation that makes things easier to find.  There is more dynamic content to enhance the user experience.  The website is directly integrated with our SalesForce CRM which will prevent any re-keying of data.  We offer online training registration at https://secure.e2rm.com/registrant/TicketingWelcome.aspx?EventID=16208&LangPref=en-CA where payments are processed in real time.  We have made it easier to connect with our clients remotely when needed to provide real time support 24/7.  Our product and service area has been updated to provide more detail on the many solutions we are providing at an affordable price.  We continue to add testimonials from our valued clients.  For our support clients, they can access an online portal which allows them to get solutions to their problems even faster and they have a permanent record of all their requests.
