Job Opening: Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

RESolutionsTECH Inc. (www.resolutionstech.com) is growing again! We’re looking to add a high-energy BDC professional to our team who is based in the Kingston area. The person will be trained to cover the Toronto to Ottawa region and should be able to travel at least two days per week. Extensive training and support will be provided and the person may work out of her or his home office. This position will evolve and grow with the identification of new opportunities and the expansion of the business.

Key Roles:
* Support and execute sales and business development strategies including compiling, evaluating and prioritizing prospects, cold-calling, follow-ups, and provision of information for prospects via telephone, e-mail and in person
* Assist with product demonstrations
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records utilizing SalesForce.com online CRM tool for all touch points related to the sales process
* Prepare reports and updates; participate in meetings, demonstrations, trade shows and presentations
* Provide input and assistance to management in the development and ongoing evaluation of sales strategies
* Other duties, as assigned

Key Qualifications:
* Sales or business development experience
* Some experience in not-for-profit or public organizations or with the fundraising sector an asset
* A good understanding of the Internet and Web-based technologies
* Experience selling and marketing web based solutions a strong asset
* Strong verbal  and written communication skills
* Excellent time/priority management skills
* Command of standard office software (MS Office suite, MS Outlook, Excel, etc...)
* Experience working with CRM systems
* Bilingualism an asset (French/English)
* University degree, 3 year College Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation:
* The BDC’s base salary will be in the $50,000 range, depending upon qualifications and experience. With commissions the BDC should expect to earn about $75,000 annually, to start.
* RESolutionsTECH Inc. has an employee benefits package, and the BDC will be supplied with a laptop, Blackberry and have all travel related expenses paid.
